Tickets will be available for LVHIFF's Fall Festival for Members starting September 19th at 11:00am and the General Public starting September 29th at 11:00am. Box Office closed on September 21st, 22nd, and 28th.

On the Web:

• Online orders with confirmation are available at will call
• For faster service, choose the e-ticket - a link will be delivered to your e-mail account - and print out your ticket instantly
• $1.00 service fee per ticket is applied to all online transactions
• Member benefits will be applied on the payment page.

By Phone:

• Call 808-550-TIKS (8457) from 11:00am-6:00pm daily (September 19th - Oct 19th) Box Office closed on September 21st, 22nd, and 28th.
• Phone orders are available at will call or choose the e-ticket and print out your tickets instantly
• $2.00 service fee per ticket is applied to phone transactions

• Include your name, address, phone, email, & payment method as well as if you would prefer e-ticket or will call.
• Faxed requests are processed during box office hours (daily 11am -6pm) in the order received
• All faxed orders received after 6pm will be processed the next business day.
• Tickets are not guaranteed and distribution is based on seat availability
• You will receive a confirmation call or email from the Honolulu Box-Office.
• Tickets are not mailed

In Person at HIFF Box Office

• Location: Dole Office Building, 680 Iwilei Rd., Suite 100, Honolulu, HI 96817
• Open daily 11am-6pm, September 19th - October 19th. Box Office closed on September 21st, 22nd, and 28th.

In Person at Dole Cannery Theater Box Office:

• Location: At Guest Services Counter inside theater lobby of Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18.
• Available for purchase in person for day-of-sales only at the Box Office starting October 9th.
• Open one hour prior to the first screening until the start of the last screening of the day.

Rush Line

• When all tickets for a screening have been distributed, rush lines are formed 1 hour prior to show time
• 5 minutes before screening begins, tickets for empty seatsbecome available tothe rush line on a “first come, first served” basis for $10 per ticket (cash only)
• Rush tickets tend to be in the first two rows; refunds will not be given for undesirable seats

• Individual Film Ticket prices are $10 for general, $9 students, seniors, children and military.
• Groups of ten or more are $8 a ticket sold over the phone or in person.
• Reduced members' rates available.
• Opening and Closing Night Films are $15 for all.

“Day-of-sales” refers to tickets that are for sale for that day’s screenings.

• Vouchers must be redeemed in person at the box office for tickets; they are not accepted for film admittance and tickets are subject to availability.
• Fast Passes must be accompanied by tickets
• Star Passes do not require tickets for entry
• To enter a screening, stand in the appropriate line that is indicated on your ticket AT LEAST 30 MINUTES prior to a film’s show time

• Please make checks payable to Honolulu Box Office
• Credit card statements will reflect a charge from Honolulu Box Office

NO REFUNDS

• Ticket exchanges must be made at the HIFF Box Office
• $2.00 per ticket service fee is applied except for Fast Pass tickets and unless the film is cancelled or rescheduled
• No exchanges on day of screening or for expired tickets
