What is the benefit of becoming a HIFF Member?

• As a member you have the opportunity to buy tickets before the general public.
• Members also receive the festival guide before it is released to the public.
• Members have the advantage of standing in the priority line or member line depending on the type membership you have. This allows you to enter the theater before the general public.
• Most importantly, your support will further HIFF's mission to promote cultural understanding of the East and West through the art of cinema.

How do HIFF members get tickets?

• By phone at 808-550-TIKS (8457)
• In person at the HIFF Box Office (located at Dole Cannery, 680 Iwilei Road, Suite 100, Honolulu, HI 96817)
• In person for day-of-sales only at the LOBBY Box Office (located at the Guest Services Counter inside theater lobby of Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18)

Will the new fast pass guarantee me seats or tickets?

• As a fast pass holder, you will have the opportunity to buy tickets before the general public which will give you a great chance of getting tickets for the films you want to see.
• A pool of tickets is reserved exclusively for Fast Pass Holders. In some cases, you will only be competing with other Fast Pass Holders for last minute seats.

Can Fast Pass Holders buy tickets for friends?

• Yes. As a fast pass holder, you may buy one companion ticket per movie for $20 each which allows ticket holders to stand in the priority line - the quickest way to get into theaters and get top choice in seat selection.
