At Every Venue open 45 minutes prior to first screening till beginning of last screening at the location

Box Office Hours of Operation:
Oct. 2 – Oct. 16: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Oct. 17 – Oct. 29: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Oct. 30 – Nov. 9: 90 minutes before the first screening until
15 minutes after the last screening begins.

Free Screenings: Unless indicated, free screenings are not ticketed or lined events. Seating is based on a first come first served basis.

$12.00 General Admission
$10.00 Senior, Military, Student
$8.00 HIFF Ohana Member Tickets

There is a $1.50 service fee per ticket for online purchases, and $1.00 service fee per ticket for in-person purchases.

Regular Ticket Prices:

$12 – General Public
$10 – Students, Seniors (62+), Military
$8 – HIFF Ohana Members, Groups of 10 or more to same screening

  • Located at the HIFF Box Office.
  • Press and Industry delegates can request same day or next day tickets in person only at one of our box offices or hospitality suite.

  • Credit card statements will reflect a charge from Hawaii International Film Festival

Standby Line (Rush)

  • When all tickets for a screening have been distributed, standby lines are formed 1 hour prior to show time.
  • 5 minutes before screening begins, tickets for empty seats become available to the standby line on a “first come, first served” basis for $10 per ticket (cash only)
  • Standby tickets tend to be in the first two rows; refunds will not be given for undesirable seats

Theatre Policy & Admittance

  • Tickets must be scanned before entry to the theater and must display a validating stamp before entry to the theater is allowed. No patrons will be granted admittance to the theater without a stamped ticket from the line. *Exception: Flash pass holders must have a numbered cue card attained in line for admittance.
  • Disabled or Elderly guests should notify the lobby door attendant of which film they have come to watch, and they will be escorted into the theater before the crowd arrives.
  • Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18 & IMAX and HIFF are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
  • Sitting on the steps inside the theater is strictly prohibited.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed in person at the box office for tickets; they are not accepted for film admittance and tickets are subject to availability.
  • Flash Passes do not require tickets for entry – seat is not guaranteed.
  • To enter a screening, stand in the appropriate line that is indicated on your ticket AT LEAST 30 MINUTES prior to a film’s show time

Refund & Exchange Policy – NO REFUNDS

  • Ticket exchanges must be made at the HIFF Box Office
  • $2.00 per ticket service fee is applied unless the film is cancelled or rescheduled
  • No exchanges on day of screening or for expired tickets
