Ticket Availability Dates

Tickets will be available for the 2014 HIFF Spring Showcase online and in person for Members starting March 17th and the General Public starting March 19th.

Getting Tickets In Person at HIFF Box Office

DOLE BOX OFFICE:

  • March 17th-April 3rd: HIFF Main office located at 680 Iwilei Rd #100 Honolulu, HI 96817 in the Dole Office Building March 17th-18th Members Only
  • April 4th – April 10th: Box Office will be set up in the foyer of the Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18 & IMAX

Getting Tickets Online

  • To purchase tickets online, browse our schedule page, add tickets to your shopping cart and checkout.
  • Online orders that have been confirmed by phone or email will be available at will call.
  • For faster service, choose the e-ticket – a link will be delivered to your e-mail account – and print out your ticket instantly.
  • Online orders have a $1 per ticket service fee added.

$12 – General Public
$10 – Students, Seniors (62+), Military
$8 – HIFF Ohana Members, Groups of 10 or more to same screening

Matinee Ticket Prices:

Mon-Fri all shows starting before 5pm

Will Call

  • Located at the HIFF Box Office.
  • Press and Industry delegates can request same day or next day tickets in person only at one of our box offices or hospitality suite.

Payment

  • Please make checks payable to HIFF.
  • Credit card statements will reflect a charge from Hawaii International Film Festival

Standby Line (Rush)

  • When all tickets for a screening have been distributed, standby lines are formed 1 hour prior to show time.
  • 5 minutes before screening begins, tickets for empty seats become available to the standby line on a “first come, first served” basis for $10 per ticket (cash only)
  • Standby tickets tend to be in the first two rows; refunds will not be given for undesirable seats

Theatre Policy & Admittance

  • Tickets must be scanned before entry to the theater and must display a validating stamp before entry to the theater is allowed. No patrons will be granted admittance to the theater without a stamped ticket from the line. *Exception: Flash pass holders must have a numbered cue card attained in line for admittance.
  • Disabled or Elderly guests should notify the lobby door attendant of which film they have come to watch, and they will be escorted into the theater before the crowd arrives.
  • Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18 & IMAX and HIFF are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
  • Sitting on the steps inside the theater is strictly prohibited.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed in person at the box office for tickets; they are not accepted for film admittance and tickets are subject to availability.
  • Flash Passes do not require tickets for entry – seat is not guaranteed.
  • To enter a screening, stand in the appropriate line that is indicated on your ticket AT LEAST 30 MINUTES prior to a film’s show time

Refund & Exchange Policy – NO REFUNDS

  • Ticket exchanges must be made at the HIFF Box Office
  • $2.00 per ticket service fee is applied unless the film is cancelled or rescheduled
  • No exchanges on day of screening or for expired tickets
