Delegate Instructions - Fall Festival 2008 Aloha Delegates! Thank you for your interest in attending our film festival as an accredited delegate. We need some information about who you are, if you're a member of the press or the film industry. Please follow the steps below. 1First, please fill out this delegate application with your contact information. Our general policy for delegates that have films in our festival is to waive fees for 1 person for a feature or short film. Please Note: This is simply an application to become a delegate, it is not a confirmation of delegate status. We also have a version of this form in Chinese as a downloadable PDF. Please fax this form to (808) 536-2707 when you have filled it out. Accreditation Fees
2After submitting the application, a HIFF representative will review it and reply to you by phone or email with an update on your status as a delegate. If it is applicable, an invoice will be sent via e-mail. This can be paid by check or using a credit card through Google Checkout. Thank you for your participation in our film festival. We have partnered with a local tour company named MC&A Inc. to provide you with booking options for sightseeing, dinner shows, helicopter rides and more! » Go to the HIFF Activity Site Special Travel Deals We have a HIFF special rate with Starwood Hotels. Due to the special rate, reservations have to be done through HIFF. Please contact our Travel Coordinator at travel@hiff.org to book hotel rooms at these rates.
After You Arrive Getting your Delegate Bag, Invitations, Etc After you arrive, please visit our Hospitality Suite at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. There you can pick up your delegate bag, which will contain invitations to special events, our program book, plus sponsor provided goodies. Getting your Delegate Badge Your badges can be picked up at either our Hospitality Suite at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, or in the Delegate's Lounge near the Dole Cannery Theaters. Getting your Tickets To pick up your tickets, first you need to get your badge. After that, fill out a ticket order form (available at both locations). You will receive a printed confirmation number. Take this confirmation number to Will Call at the theater to pick up your tickets. Tickets must be ordered at least one day in advance of the show times. |
