Last Tuesday evening at Washington Place, the Governor’s residence, HIFF congratulated the winners of its various awards. These included the Vision in Film award, presented to Sundance Institute’s Native Program, NetPAC Award presented to Vincent Sandoval, director of APPARITION, Halekulani Golden Orchid Award for Best Narrative Feature presented to Kenji Uchida, director of KEY OF LIFE, and Halekulani Golden Orchid Award for Best Documentary, presented to Sasha Friedlander, director of WHERE HEAVEN MEETS HELL.
