Must-see films during the final days of the festival

Despite entering our last final days, HIFF refuses to slow down and some of our power-house film offerings that close the festival are proof of that. Last Minute Film Additions: WILD starring Reese Witherspoon, THE LOOK OF SILENCE follow-up to THE ACT OF KILLING & Korean erotic thriller SCARLET INNOCENCE

UPDATE: Venue change for opening night film THE VANCOUVER ASAHI

Due a power outage at Ward Consolidated 16, HIFF’s opening night film, THE VANCOUVER ASAHI, will be moved to the Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18, starting at 8:30 PM tonight, Thursday October 30th.

Because of this change, HIFF will be canceling tonight’s screening of the film THE HIP HOP FELLOW, originally scheduled for tonight at 6:30 PM. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
